Dr Jivesh Choudhary
Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Dr Jivesh Choudry is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon who specialises in adult cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, heart failure and arrhythmia management requiring the insertion of implantable devices. He has worked as a consultant at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Canberra Hospital and John Hunter Hospital.
He is involved in research and teaching with the Critical Care Research Group, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and Newcastle University.
As a fellow at the Prince Charles Hospital, he was involved in heart and lung transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation and the management of patients on ECMO.
